Complaints Policy and Procedure
We like to help you resolve any complaint as quickly as possible. Please let us know what you are unhappy about by emailing us at complaints@livesoundcourses.com
Procedure
1. our course Director will evaluate the gravity of the complaint.
2. all aspects of our methods and contact will be re examined.
3. any member of our staff involved will be question and investigated.
A decision will be made in writing providing information about how we are proposing to resolve the issue and explaining how.
We aim to answer your enquiry fully and as quickly as possible. If however you feel that we fail to do that please let us know and we will ad this to our original reply.
